    Known by more or less everyone in the business, Laleh has worked in the events industry for more than 25 years. In this time, she has imagined, designed and created a dazzling number and variety of parties and celebrations, in so many world-class locations, in practically every corner of the globe.

    With a phenomenal eye for design and a meticulous attention to detail, Laleh has an innate ability to find the right teams to create the perfect event. She is an accomplished and highly acclaimed fixer, and has at her disposal a vast network of creative professionals working at all levels and in every sector of the events industry. She is also a world-class Party Queen.

    Laleh has two offices: one in the heart of Somerset, and the other in Shoreditch, London.

    Jon joined PHD Events in 2023 at an exciting time in its development, and brings more than 20 years experience as a music agent and promoter, 15 years as an award-winning entrepreneur, and for the past 7 years has been ensconced in the hospitality sector working at all management levels and more recently in the kitchen.

    Jon is also a weapons-grade spreadsheet nerd, and when his eyes aren’t glued to a pair of bincoulars, he can occasionally be found providing both chef and DJ services at PHD Events.
